１ はじめに Introduction
ツェナー電圧は電流と相関性があります。そこで、いくつかのツェナーダイオードの電圧-電流特性を実測してみました。特にトランジスタのB-E接合を利用したツェナーダイオードはほとんど情報がありませんので、このようなツェナーダイオードを対象として測定しました。
Many people know that Zener voltage varies with current. Therefore, I measured the voltage-current characteristics of several Zener diodes. In particular, there is little information on Zener diodes using the B-E junction of transistors, so I measured such Zener diodes.

3 分析結果 Result of analysis
ツェナー電流が0.1~3(mA)程度であれば、ツェナー電圧が結構安定していると思います。
If the zener current is about 0.1 to 3 (mA), the zener voltage is fairly
stable. I think.
